Terms of Use / Service

The act by you of purchasing one of the Marketing Kits, and/or signing up for a Directory Listing in the Practitioner Directory signifies your agreement to the following terms.

  1. I agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
  2. I understand that any intentional actions on my part which violate the terms of this Agreement may have serious consequences, including but not limited to legal action, fines imposed by a court of law, and being banned from marketing myself as a Reconnective Healing Practitioner™.
  3. I agree not to share, copy or resell (even if I do not myself use one or more of the files), in whole or in part, my purchased Kit(s), their files or templates, with others under any circumstances. I understand that I am purchasing a Single License, and agree to use these materials, files and templates only for my own use.
  4. Should I be in a business with other Practitioners who offer Reconnective Healing® Services, and wish to purchase a Kit for our business, rather than for the individual use of those involved in our business, I agree to call our office +1.323.960.0012 to request business pricing for multi-use Kits before placing any Kit orders.
  5. I agree not to alter or add to any part of the copy or design of the files and templates except as permitted in customizing my information in the areas provided for and allowed. I further agree not to use any of the files or templates in whole or in part for any other purpose other than that which they are intended. I also agree to destroy, modify and change any printed materials as instructed by guidelines provided by our office or Eric Pearl. I will do this at my own cost.
  6. I agree not to publish for others’ business use any of the Kit(s) or materials contained within them, in whole or in part, in any channel, including the internet.
  7. I understand that once I purchase one of the Kits, I will be sent via email a web site address where I can download my Kit and its files and/or customize them directly online. I may also be sent a CD with my Kit files on it. I agree not to share these web site addresses or the CD with others under any circumstances.
  8. I understand that both my purchase and download transactions will be recorded for record-keeping and security purposes.
  9. I understand that if I download my Kit and its files, I will need to input my individually assigned password that will be sent to me via email after I complete my order. I agree not to share this password with anyone other than our office and/or Eric Pearl under any circumstances.
  10. I understand that the Kits and the files contained within them may from time to time be changed or updated. I understand that by purchasing one of the Marketing Kits, I am purchasing the right to receive updates to the files for one year from the date of my purchase at no additional charge. In the event of such changes, I understand that I will be allowed to continue used my existing printed materials until their inventory is depleted. I agree however to not print any more copies of the older versions of the Kits or place any more ads using the old files.
  11. I agree to follow any and all guidelines (provided with my Kit) concerning what information I can and cannot use when customizing the templates in my Kit.
  12. I understand that my purchase of the Marketing Kits and Directory Listings are non-refundable. I understand that it is my responsibility to review all available information regarding my purchase of Marketing Kits before I make my purchase.
  13. I understand the Directory is designed to help support my practice as a Reconnective Healing Practitioner™ and also to help promote information exchange about Reconnective Healing® practice among its listed members.
  14. The Reconnection, LLC accepts no responsibility for misprints, typos or incorrect information posted to the Directory. It is your responsibility to review your listing and notify us of any errors or updates in your information.
  15. As a member listed on the Directory, I agree to practice Reconnective Healing® in accordance with the practice standards taught by Eric Pearl and The Reconnection, LLC.
  16. I understand that the information provided in the Directory is the property of Eric Pearl and The Reconnection, LLC and shall not be used for any purposes other than those authorized by them.
  17. Any unauthorized use of the information provided in this Directory is forbidden and will be considered grounds for removal from the Directory. This includes any and all unauthorized solicitation to the Practitioners.
  18. I understand that Eric Pearl and The Reconnection, LLC may remove my name from the Directory or our list of Reconnective Healing Practitioner™ in Good Standing at any time for violations of this service agreement.
